I appreciated the hotel's location. It was quite central. the staff were friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. i had a good experience overall with these aspects.
The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. The selection felt limited. also, the room i stayed in had some noticeable street noise. the noise was a problem especially during the early morning hours.

Fantastic Stay Downtown

I found the metro station very convenient because it was right outside the hotel. There were many restaurants close by and the central market was a short walk away. The spa included water massage facilities a steam room and a sauna. I thought it was a welcome bonus. I liked the room layout and the shower facilities in the bathroom.
The restaurant did not feel very lively and had a limited menu.

Breakfast offered plenty of choice and good times to accommodate various schedules as it was available until 11:30 at weekends for late risers such as myself. During the UEFA Euro 2024 football matches, beer in the lobby bar cost just 1€ which was a nice touch.

The hotel enjoys a superb location enabling easy exploration by foot. A metro station is conveniently situated directly in front of the building facilitating easy access to attractions that are further afield. Numerous dining options are available within a brief walking distance providing several choices.

My room was spacious, with a balcony and an excellent view of the plaza in front. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which I found very handy. High standards of cleanliness.

The staff were very friendly and helpful ensuring I felt welcome and well taken care of. Eva at the reception provided smiles and answered questions. David at breakfast offered attentive service and remembered preferences such as coffee refills making mornings more pleasant.

superb experience in city center

the location proved to be convenient as it sits right next to a metro station. i found many attractions easily within walking distance, which saved me time and transportation costs. the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness.
i experienced a slight inconvenience due to the limited number of credentials available for the parking agreement with a public parking space, a situation i hope improves in the future.
